The aim of this package is to give you the knowledge and skills that will enable you to make simple, healthy changes to your daily diet so that you can continue to eat healthily for the rest of your life, not just for two weeks. Your Food Coach will give you the crucial support you need in making the changes in your diet and life style to make a happier and healthier you.

The package includes :

 1. An initial consultation via phone or web cam, to assess food and dietary goals. You will have a food questionnaire to complete, plus also you will have to do a food diary for 5 days.  This will enable your food coach to see what your eating patterns are and how they can be improved.

2. Help with planning and organising your weekly food shopping to save you time and also money.  Being organised is important to sticking to a healthy eating regime.  Your food coach will accompany you to your local supermarket to do a weekly shop and will point out all the great alternatives along the way. 

3. Deliver a personal two-week healthy diet plan.  This will be a timetable of what you can eat for the first two weeks. Plus your own personal recipe folder, designed just for you.

4. A personal cooking lesson at your home to teach you how to cook some new healthy and easy recipes, or even just to teach the basic's which ever you prefer. The lesson will be based around what you and your needs.

5. Sharpen your kitchen knives - sounds strange, but it makes life so much easier with a sharp knife!

6. Phone support and advice on food and cooking for one month after the session.  You will have your food coach on the end of the phone if you ever get stuck or are not sure what to do in the kitchen.

Caroline
Food nutrition has long been a passion of Caroline's; especially with regards to the impact foods we eat have on our bodies. For 4 years, she ran a small health and nutrition business, giving people advice on natural health products and alternatives. This led her to attending many seminars on the subject, as well as gaining a diet and nutrition advisor diploma, and becoming a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. (F.H.T).

Caroline ran a modest yet lively kitchen in central London for a company called What If. She has a large amount of experience in designing menus for specific food requirements such as energy lunches, food to help you concentrate, and specific mood food, and has much experience in catering for special dietary requirements.
